She secured them their 725 million bailout and fought hard to get them direct exchequer funding. She fully supported them in their decision to close longwave radio, dab radio and Aertel, a big contrast from previous ministers who called closing longwave and Aertel "an attack on the elderly"

Possibly... but what is certain is that Catherine Martin was by a long country mile, the absolute worst Minister for Tourism that this country was ever blighted with. I can't recall one single useful initiative, she was too busy spending our dosh on her mates with artistes supports and buying old guitars.
